Assessment

Let's talk.

No ticket system, no call centre, no chain of sales people.
Send the project enquiry below — or reach out by email or on LinkedIn.

What happens once this is sent

  • After the assessment the engagement ends if nothing is to follow. No retainer, no minimum term, no automatic renewal.
  • Scope is written down before implementation starts: the result, the boundaries, the estimated effort.
  • Knowledge transfer is part of the engagement: joint delivery, documentation in the repository, a handover at the end.

Rather talk first? A fit check settles in a quarter of an hour whether a longer conversation is worth it. BOOK A FIT CHECK →

PROJECT ENQUIRY

Where is it stuck?

Four answers and we know what this is about. Matthias reads every enquiry himself — you get an honest assessment, including "you don't need us for this".

This form needs JavaScript. Without it, email us directly: info@appetizers.io.

Fields marked * are required.

So the reply lands in the right inbox.

Company name is enough.

The one thing holding you up right now.

A rough direction is enough.

Stack, team size, what you have already tried. No confidential detail — we don't need it for a first conversation.

The button opens your email client with the answers filled in. You send it from there.

We process these details only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No newsletter, no sharing with third parties for advertising. Details in the privacy policy.

What we are the wrong people to ask about

So the first email does not go nowhere: for these requests we are not the right address. You will still get a reply saying why — and a name to try, if we know one.

  • Round-the-clock operations, on-call cover and SLA-backed run responsibility

We build platforms and hand them over ready to run. Running them is a different business — a managed-service provider can commit to that, we cannot.

  • Placements through staffing agencies and body leasing

We work directly with the company that has the problem. Rate-card placements through intermediaries are not something we take on.

  • Public tenders, and procurement that admits framework suppliers only

German public-procurement processes (VgV, UVgO) and supplier lists restricted to framework partners are out of reach for a founder-led company of this size.

  • Permanent on-site presence outside NRW and DACH

We work remote-first, with on-site days in NRW. A standing attendance requirement at a distant location does not fit that model.

  • Equity instead of a fee

Equity is not a payment model this business runs on. At the earliest stages a senior day rate is usually the wrong tool anyway.
